Research Appointments

Archival materials do not circulate. In order to view RMARC’s collections, researchers must visit in person.

RMARC research hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. We ask interested researchers to make their appointments at least two weeks in advance in order to ensure relevant materials can be paged and are ready for research. To schedule a visit, please complete our research application.

Prior to arrival, please review our reading room guidelines and copyright statement to ensure proper care of materials.

Location

RMARC is located at 1985 Waukegan Road in Northbrook, Ill., in the Chicago Province Center on the SVD Techny Campus. The building is one mile north of the intersection of Willow Road and Waukegan Road (Illinois Rte. 43). Google Maps and other GPS mapping services often cannot correctly locate our facilities. Please refer to the map below for accurate location information; RMARC is circled in red.

Transcript Requests

RMARC does not hold academic transcripts for any SVD-operated educational institutions. To request a copy of your transcript, please contact the Registrar’s Office at Divine Word College in Epworth, Iowa.
