Our founder, Saint Arnold Janssen, put great emphasis on the Word of God, the Bible. It is at the heart of the Society of the Divine Word. Our very name—Divine Word Missionaries—compels us to become religious who listen to the Word, live by the Word and proclaim the Word. Through our biblical apostolate, we share the wealth of God’s Word.
